Services depend on qualifications

Tax-document organization, bookkeeping, preparation support, and filing assistance are offered only within the legal authority and qualifications of the person performing the work.

No invented credentials

Behlol Merchants does not claim that it or every person working with it is a CPA, Enrolled Agent, attorney, IRS-certified professional, or authorized tax representative. Any actual credential should be identified specifically and verified before reliance.

Representation and legal advice

Representation before the IRS and legal advice require appropriately authorized professionals. Where needed, the client should be referred to an eligible practitioner.

Client responsibility

The client is responsible for providing complete and accurate records, reviewing returns and filings, meeting payment obligations, and approving submissions.
