Are loads forced?
No. The carrier or owner-operator approves or rejects every load, rate, route, and broker.
What happens during the pilot?
Behlol provides ordinary dispatch services for the first three completed pilot loads at a $0 dispatch fee. A cancelled load or TONU does not count unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
What details should I send?
Your name, MC/DOT information, equipment type, home base, preferred lanes, and truck availability.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No. Completing the pilot does not automatically create a paid contract. Any continuation requires a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
