Dispatch Service Terms

Carrier control

The motor carrier retains its operating authority and approves or rejects every load, rate, broker, route, pickup, delivery, and operational decision. Behlol Merchants does not force loads.

Support scope

Support may include load searching, rate negotiation assistance, broker communication, carrier setup coordination, document organization, routing support, status communication, accessorial follow-up, invoicing organization, and payment-status follow-up.

Three-load performance pilot

The published pilot provides ordinary dispatch services for the first three completed pilot loads at a $0 dispatch fee. Completing the third pilot load does not automatically create a paid contract. Exact terms appear in the Dispatch Services Pilot Agreement, and any continuation requires a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Safety and compliance

The carrier and driver remain responsible for vehicle operation, cargo, insurance, permits, safety, Hours-of-Service, route legality, and regulatory compliance. Dispatch communication must never require unsafe or unlawful driving.

No brokerage or guarantees

Behlol Merchants does not represent itself as a motor carrier or freight broker. It does not guarantee loads, revenue, RPM, broker payment, accessorial approval, or any specific result.
